Abstract: <正> 1.3μm激光作为色心、声子终端激光泵浦源及在光纤方面的应用而受到人们的普遍重视。我们继试探利用b轴Nd:YAP晶体研制1.34μm连续激光器获得成功后,进一步分析了Nd:YAP连续激光器的本征振荡模,研究了泵浦过程晶体热效应对1.34μm激光的影响,研制了1.34μm介质镜,在此基础上,已从φ5.8×111mm的Nd:YAP激光棒中获得了8.28瓦接近线偏振的1.3414μm连续激光,器件效率为1.15%,斜率效率为2.02%,在输出62瓦时连续工作45分钟,输出功率变化不大于1%。
