Abstract: <正> 七十年代中后期,日本各大钢厂相继研制成功焊接不预热或低予热就可避免裂缝,即低裂缝敏感性的 CF 钢。CF 钢的出现,有力地促进了钢结构朝着节能、高效、大型化和高参数化方向发展。特别是对需要在恶劣现场条件下焊接或对抗裂性要求十分严格的压力容器、大型水电站和海上结构等,CF 钢可充分显示低裂缝敏感性的特色。本文以新日铁 WEL—TEN62CF 钢为对象,以焊接冷裂缝敏感性为重点,进行焊接性全面剖析,并作出客观评价。
