Abstract:
鲜果实在流通过程中对于鲜度的保持是一个十分重要的问题,本文基于种种试验和研究,终于得到钯(Palladillm)化合物的吸附剂。这种保鲜剂是将钯载附于担体上,将之与鲜果实共同封装,它可以将包装容器内的乙烯除去。本保鲜剂的制造是以结晶的铅硅酸盐作担体,在盐酸酸性条件下,与钯的水溶液相接触,钯被硅酸盐所担持,在常温或者500℃高温下加热处理即可得到。
