Abstract: 以宝钢SS400为研究对象,在实验室和宝钢2050热轧机上进行了3次控轧控冷工艺优化及工业实验。通过工业生产实验验证,经拉伸和冲击实验及断口形貌SEM分析和成品SEM分析发现,采用控轧控冷优化工艺和工业实验可以大大地细化晶粒、改善其组织和性能,使SS400铁素体晶粒尺寸接近4~5μm,且冲击韧性良好,延伸率可达30%,屈服强度达到400MPa以上。
