Abstract: 氧化物弥散强化(ODS)铁素体合金具有强度高肿胀低等优点,是核反应堆中包壳及其它结构的极有竞争力的候选材料。本文介绍了在研究化学浸润法(CS)生产的Fe125Cr25W01Ti04Y2O3新型ODS铁素体合金方面所进行的工作及取得的进展。化学浸润法可以实现氧化物弥散强化,获得优良的力学及抗肿胀性能,形变后再结晶退火能够得到晶粒尺寸适中的组织,有利于材料穿管及冷拔等后续加工。
