Abstract:
本文主要介绍了Cu—32型半导电玻璃纤维纱的研制、性能及应用。该产品是在硼硅酸玻璃系统中添加了适量的铜作为基础成分,然后按普通玻璃纤维相类似的方式进行配料、熔制、拉制、纺纱而制成成品,并进行氢气还原热处理。经热处理后,成品纱表面产生了Cu
2
O和Cu的微晶导电膜,具有半导电的性能。调节氢气还原热处理的工艺参数,可得到不同阻值的玻璃纤维导电纱,该纱电阻值的温度稳定性较现有各产品优越,适用于作高温低燥音电缆中的半导电层材料。
