Abstract: 水稻秧苗黄化症(俗称黄化苗)是旱育秧的常见病和多发病,特别是纯旱育秧田和保水能力差、渗水决的沙填土秧田发病率和发病程度更为严重.旱育秧黄化苗属生理缺素症,发病的主要原因是秧田不建水层,土自中氧气充足,铁离子则以氧化态的三价高于存在,不能被水稻吸收利用,由于缺铁,导致叶绿素合成受阻,使叶片失绿变黄,形成“黄化苗”.由于铁离子在植物体内移动性很差,所以失绿首先从新生叶开始,逐步向下部先出叶发展,秧苗黄化后,叶片变窄变薄色谈,植株矮小,根系老化,新报发生停止,若不及时救治,则成片死亡.防治旱育秧黄化苗,一般采用喷施500倍硫酸亚铁水溶液的方法进行防治,但效果很差,原因是硫酸亚铁与空气接触后很快氧化成
