Abstract: 本文介绍的是具有(110)[001]取向和μ10不小于1870(Gs/oe)的高导磁率电磁硅钢生产方法。工艺过程包括含0.02%~0.06%C,0.0006~0.008%B,≤0.01%N2,≤0.008%Al,2.2~4.0%si的硅钢冶炼,浇注、热轧、冷轧到0.5mm以下并在含H2气氛,露点为10℃~66℃,温度为704℃~843℃下再结晶,脱炭退火使含炭量脱到0.005%以下,涂敷耐高温的氧化物底层,最终进行织构退火。该钢以每分钟816℃加热速度加热到704℃~843℃并在这温度范围内至少保温30秒。
