Abstract: <正> 宋代的茶叶有两类:一类是片茶,另一类是散茶。“凡茶有二类,日片,日散。片茶蒸造,实卷模中串之,唯建、剑则既蒸而研,编竹为格,置焙室中,最为精洁,他处不能造,其名有龙、凤、石乳、的乳、白乳、头金、蜡面、头骨、次骨、末骨、粗骨、山挺十二等,以充岁贡邦国之用。”“其出虔、袁、饶、池、光、歙、潭、岳、辰、澧州、江陵府、兴国、临江军,有仙芝、玉津、先春、绿芽之类二十六等,两浙、江、鼎州又以上中下或第一至第五为号。”团茶是作茶饼的形状,也就是片茶。
