Abstract: 为了研制化学气相沉积法SiC连续纤维用的大直径中间相沥青炭单丝(炭芯),由FCC油浆300~400℃馏分调制了可纺中间相沥青.FCC油浆300~400℃馏分形成中间相的特征反应,是芳环脱自由基缩合形成大平面分子结构的齐聚反应,而加压齐聚反应获得的呈粗纤维状大域融并结构、100%光学各向异性的可溶性中间相沥青,是制备大直径中间相沥青炭单丝的优质前驱体.详述了齐聚反应的机理及中间相形成过程的压力效应.
