Abstract: 重组人生长激素（rhGH）与兔肝微粒体GH受体呈特异性结合。结合特性及竞争取代曲线特征与文献中人垂体GH所得结果完全一致。rhGH与鹌鹑肝微粒体间无结合活性。Scatchard分析所得亲和常数Ka为3.5325×109mol-1,与文献报道人垂体GH结果相同。这些结果表明,rhGH有与人垂体GH相同的受体结合活性。
