Abstract: <正> 呋喃丹的剂型分析有气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、薄层-比色法等,限于国内生产厂的条件,我们选用硅胶G制板,三氯甲烷:丙酮=9:1为展开剂,碘蒸汽显色,此条件下呋喃丹、呋喃酚、双-N-甲基-1,2-二氨基甲酸苯酯的R_f分别为0.74、0.77、0.35。为了提高定量的准确度,本法将点样方式由定体积改为定重量,定量方法由通常的洗脱定量改为刮取色带直接定量,从而提高了分析精确度。本法回收率>99.5%,标准偏差0.37,分析周期2.5小时。
