Abstract: For increasing the level of determining health food's efficacy component,the Institute of Food Safety Control and Inspection, Ministry of the Public Health,PRC have organized the quality assurance,22 laboratories of determining health food's efficacy component have joined in,and the quality control results have been appraised.The quality control results of Ginsenoside have bigger dispersion digree.There are six outlier results beyond ±3s.The quality control results of Melatonin have smaller dispersion digree.There is only one outlier results beyond ±3s.Most of the laboratories have the higher checkout level and can complete the task of determining health food's efficacy component.
