Abstract: <正> 据《IEEE Transction In Magnetics》(V01.MA—20,1557,1984)报道:近年来,由于节能的需要,对减少铁损(?)法需求日益强烈,一个较有效的方法就是减薄材料的厚度,激光刻痕法则是主要用于0.3毫米的 Hi—B 产品,当用于更薄的材料时,可获得更显著的效果。1)实验过程(1)通过化学减薄研究了铁芯材料的厚度对磁畴细化效果的影响。(2)澄清了磁畴细化效果与 B10(即在1000安/米下的磁感)关系。(3)对各化学减薄的样品,分离出了铁损的磁滞损耗及涡流损耗。
