Abstract: 采用Gleeble 15 0 0热模拟机测定低碳铌钢的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线 ,对钢板热变形后的冷却过程进行了非稳态导热分析 ,并据此预测钢板以不同方式冷却后的组织。上海五钢集团现场热轧控冷试验表明 ,预测结果与实验结果吻合得很好。实物台架试验表明 ,细小多边形铁素体组织的钢板具有更高的疲劳性能。
