Abstract: On combustible and blast workplace, sparkle proof alloy must have characteristics as follows: the alloy don't induce spark and blast, and is have higher mechanical properties. Sparkle proof alloys must be used for parts, tools and maintain on combustible and blast workplace. This paper analyzed the capabilities of some sparkle proof alloys and gave the ways approaching of new type sparkle proof alloys, and discussed the research process on the alloy in detail.
