Abstract:
<正> 长期以来,我国离心式水泵叶轮的制造,通常采用先铸造后切削的工艺方法。众所周知:铸造工艺生产率低,叶轮流道表面粗糙,因而降低水泵效率。对于小尺寸(叶轮直径<100mm)流道狭窄(出口宽度<3mm)的叶轮,铸造工艺难于成型。近期来,国外(如丹麦日本等国)采用不锈钢板焊接叶轮的新工艺,具有叶轮强度好、表面光洁、生产率高等优点,已逐步取代了传统的铸造工艺。
