Abstract: The mathemetical models of electromagnetic force and movingvelocity of inclusion particles are presented in molten aluminium with an electromagnetic field by rectangle coil and 50Hz current according to the basic theory of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). The results of the numerical simulation show that the greater electronmagnetic force the greater separating force is and the quicker the inclusion particles move,and the bigger the inclusion particle the quicker the particle moves,therefore,the separation of particles bigger than 30μm is easy,but it is hard to separate the particles smaller than 10μm.
