Abstract: <正> 一、喷射式三翼螺旋扩孔钻头 "小径取芯,大径扩孔,多次成井"一直是我们采用岩芯钻探设备打大口径水井沿用的方法。常用的六翼玉米式扩孔钻头结泥包,效率低,致使施工周期很长。为改变这种被动局面,我们把扩孔钻头改成三翼螺旋式,并加三班喷嘴,充分发挥水马力的作用。经试验效果较好。φ110取芯,φ350扩孔小时效率平均为6.22米,比六翼玉米式扩孔钻头提高1.23倍,最高时效达28.6米。钻头结构如图1所示。
