Abstract: 叠氮粘合剂是一种含能材料,是高能、无烟推进剂的重要组分。本文介绍了大分子基团转化制备端羟基叠氮缩水甘油醚的合成方法,讨论了催化剂和反应介质对叠氮化反应的影响。采用DZ作为催化剂,在DMSO溶剂中,端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷与NaN3在95℃下进行叠氮化反应,制备端羟基叠氮缩水甘油醚。数均分子量约3000,官能度大于等于1.9,此法转化率高达99%,产品的氮含量达41%左右,残留氯含量小于0.3%,产品具有良好的热稳定性和安全性。
