Abstract:
本文研究了功率密度为(1—1.4)×10~4W/Cm~2激光束对几种常用工具钢T10A、9CrSi、GCr15、CrWMn、W18Cr 4V进行扫描后,表面强化层组织、硬度分布。结果表明激光处理表层硬度比普通淬火高,硬度梯度大,硬度沿温度场等效分布。强化层组织一般由2—4层组成,碳化物由表面向内逐渐增多。当扫描速度较小时,表层出现熔变硬化的组织。
