Abstract: 塔架作为风力发电机的支承部件,其结构直接影响到风力机能否正常运行,同时又影响到风力机成本的高低。我校研制的LFD16型75kW风力机采用螺旋钢管做为塔架,其结构简单,不需要复杂的加工过程。工艺性好;重量轻(仪823kg),安装方便,整机一次起吊安装完成;与钢架结构比较,既节省原材料又减少安装成本及安装周期,具有明显的经济性和优越性。1塔架结构及其强度分析本风力机使用的塔架为自动焊接螺旋钢管。钢管材料为T/S52k,其机械性能:屈服极限σs=3.5×104N/cm2,强度极限σb=5.1×104/cm2,略优于我国生产的16Mn低合金结构钢,强度较高。由于该材质含有锰及其二微量元素,具有较强的耐
