Abstract: 目的:考察急性淋巴细胞白血病3种缓解诱导化疗方案的经济费用.方法:对70例急性淋巴细胞白血病缓解诱导化疗所用的3种方案,即:DVLP(daunorubicin,vincristine,l-asparaginase and drednisone)、DVP(daunorubicin,vincristine and prednisone)及DVLD(daunorubicin,vincristine,l-asparaginase and dexamethasone)进行了回顾性分析评价,用成本-效果分析的药物经济学方法进行比较.结果:DVLP是3种化疗方案中最理想的方案.结论:药物经济学可为临床合理用药,优选治疗方案提供一定的参考.
