Effect evaluation of the Health Promoting School Program based on nutrition education in a primary school of Hangzhou City

Abstract: 目的评价"开展健康促进学校"项目对小学生营养知、信、行影响效果,为提出有效的营养教育模式提供理论依据。方法选取杭州市区某小学为试点学校,实施为期2 a的膳食营养干预,并于干预前后对该校三、四年级全体学生176名进行营养知识、态度及行为问卷调查。结果干预后学生营养知识水平明显提高,4项指标的知晓率从59.7%,70.5%,63.1%,72.7%分别提高至73.4%,82.1%,93.1%,79.8%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);小学生营养态度明显改善,5项指标的正向态度支持率从56.8%,58.0%,63.1%,65.3%,54.0%分别提高至86.1%,82.7%,90.8%,85.5%,80.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);饮食行为趋于合理,其中学生每天吃早餐、每天喝奶、不吃过期或变质食品、很少或不喝含糖饮料、不喝生水5项健康行为有明显改观,行为形成率从75.6%,65.3%,78.4%,51.4%,68.2%分别提高至91.0%,99.4%,94.2%,82.1%,92.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论开展"以营养教育为重点的学校健康促进"项目能有效提高小学生的营养知识水平,改善其营养态度和营养行为,值得大力推广。
