Influences of Laser Solid Forming Process on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TC11 Titanium Alloy

Abstract: 采用金相观察、X射线衍射及布氏硬度、室温冲击等分析测试方法,研究了激光立体成形工艺对飞行器结构材料TC11钛合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果发现,采用不同激光功率制备试样微观组织均为网篮组织,小功率试样微观组织编织更细密,α板条宽度更小。小功率试样比大功率试样高约15 HB,二者均高于锻件标准(GJB2744A-2007)硬度范围。小功率试样冲击韧性基本达到锻件标准,而大功率试样冲击韧性低于该锻件标准,在冲击载荷下前者的失效方式为穿晶韧性断裂,而后者的失效方式则由穿晶韧性断裂逐渐向α板条解理断裂过渡。
