Abstract: 为了提高应用于感应屏蔽型限流器的超导圆筒性能 ,也为了了解初始粉对部分熔融工艺参数 ,最终块材性能以及微观结构的影响 .本文采用不同的初始粉制备工艺制备了Bi 2 2 1 2初始粉 ,分析了初始粉的物相组成 ,碳含量 ,并应用部分熔融工艺烧制成超导块材 .用扫描电镜观察了最终超导块材中的相和微观结构 .标准的四引线法测得 77K下自场的临界电流密度可超过 1 ,0 0 0A/cm2 .超导圆筒的临界电流达到 2 0 0A .
