Abstract: 为提高煤炭采出率和生产效率,消除大面积悬顶对安全生产的隐患,研制ZX7000/17/30型履带行走式液压支架,对支巷工作空间的顶板进行临时加强支护,介绍了支架支护、行走、控制系统等关键技术的实现。利用FLAC3D软件建立三维短壁工作面数值模型,分析行走支架的支护作用对短壁工作面顶板及煤柱稳定性的影响。分析结果表明:采用行走支架支护工作面顶板后,联络巷保护煤柱的垂直应力下降40%,煤柱塑性区范围减小,采硐间煤柱垂直应力下降45%,采硐间煤柱宽度可从1.2m减小至0.8m,有效地将顶板切顶线控制在支架后的采空区,增加了煤柱的回采宽度,使万吨掘进尺减少220m左右,工作面月产量可达到6万~8万t,采出率由原来的60%提高到80%以上。
