Abstract: 拉丁美洲传统政治文化既具有专制主义和集权特征又具有分散和反叛特征,其政治行为方式则表现为考迪罗主义。传统政治文化与外交政策的关联性可概括为国际一元主义、庇护主义和民族主义,受此影响拉美外交政策形成了若干特点。由于传统政治文化处于不断变化之中,势必会导致拉美外交政策发生新的变化。
