Abstract: 以玉米杂交种0425为材料,在授粉后第2天进行去叶处理,测定了处理后果穗中部和上部籽粒在籽粒形成期的粒重、呼吸、可溶性糖含量及乙烯释放量的变化。结果表明,不同程度去叶处理都影响了籽粒的发育,造成籽粒败育率的升高。相对于穗粒数而言,粒重的变化较小。处理明显降低了上部籽粒的呼吸强度及蔗糖浓度水平,同时也刺激了籽粒内源乙烯代谢。研究认为,去叶处理后顶部籽粒乙烯释放量的增加、呼吸强度及糖代谢活性降低与籽粒败育密切相关。
