Abstract:
结合北京某高层主楼与大型地下车库基础设计的工程实践,重点探讨了当车库需要考虑抗浮设计时高层主楼与地下车库之间基础设计中的差异沉降问题以及工程中惯常采用的几种抗浮措施的特点和适应性,并针对具体工程中三类不同的车库埋深和浮力大小,采取了相应的抗浮措施和基础方案,取得了较好的经济效果。工程实践验证了本工程所采用方法和措施的有效性和经济性。
