Abstract: 高压电气产品中,活塞杆和接头类零件属于关键零件,且应用较多,这类零件属于长轴类带法兰件,目前,采用的加工方式是用棒料直接加工成形,材料利用率低,工艺性差。笔者分析了活塞杆和接头类零件的形状特点,认为采用双肘杆镦锻工艺制坯,解决了材料浪费问题,降低了零件制造成本,提高了零件抗拉强度。阐述了双肘杆镦锻模具设计、成形工艺、热处理工艺等方面的内容。
