Abstract: 永磁同步电机具有结构紧凑、高功率密度、高气隙磁通和高转矩惯性比等优点,在中高压牵引驱动领域具有广阔的市场应用前景。本文对基于SHEPWM的中压大功率牵引永磁同步电机的两电平闭环控制技术进行研究,提出了非方波模式时的系统控制策略。研究了该控制策略中三相电压时间域的角度值和电压矢量空间位置角的关系,SHEPWM的工程实现方法和不同PWM模式下的动态切换方法等关键技术。经过试验验证,该控制策略达到了预期的消谐要求,动态切换过程中电流平滑,全速度范围内d、q电流跟踪良好。
