通过分析电信业务的服务质量管理内容,提出了一种通用的服务质量管理方法,研究了此方法在IPVPN(虚拟专用网)服务质量管理中的应用,并通过设计实现基于MPLS(多协议标记交换)的IPVPN业务运营管理原型系统,验证了此服务质量管理方法的有效性.
