Abstract: 建立石墨妒原子化吸收直接快速测定食品添加剂食用明胶中铬的方法.对原子吸收光谱法测定的各参数条件进行研究优化,最佳测试条件为:热水溶解样品,胶体溶液直接上机,干燥温度90 ~500℃、原子化温度1 100℃、灰化温度2 150℃,方法检出限分别为0.05 ng/ml,样品加标回收率分别为93.3%~106.0%.用于食用明胶中铬的测定,结果满意.
