Abstract: 目的比较空气与纯氧复苏窒息新生儿的临床效果。方法 70例窒息足月新生儿随机均分为空气复苏组(A组,先行空气复苏,如失败则改为纯氧复苏)和纯氧复苏组(B组,直接行纯氧复苏)。观察并记录出生1-、5-和10-min的Apgar评分、出生时脐动脉血气分析、第1次啼哭的时间、建立自主呼吸的时间、出生5min时的心率、达到SpO2>90%的时间、复苏失败率及1周内窒息新生儿死亡率。结果 A组第1次啼哭的时间和建立自主呼吸的时间较B组短[(1.43±0.62)minvs.(1.92±0.71)min和(4.93±1.46)min vs.(6.12±1.55)min](P<0.05);两组出生1-、5-和10-min的Apgar评分、出生时脐动脉血气分析指标、5min时心率、达到SpO2>90%的时间和复苏失败率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组复苏的新生儿1周内均存活。结论空气复苏可用于足月窒息新生儿,近期效果与纯氧复苏相似。
