Abstract: Since 1940s,there have been appeared Harrod-Domar model,Solowmodel,Romer model,Lucas model and other models of economic growth,respectively.However, none of these can satisfactorily solve problems of economic growth.In this paper,author tries to establish a matter-element model of economic growth and studies the probable approaches of economic growth by constructing the set of tactics.
