The Effects of Environmental Factors and Common Pesticides on Conidia Germination Rates of Isaria fumosorosea SCAU-IFCF01

Abstract: 研究了不同光周期、温度、初始pH值、高温胁迫、紫外线及田间常用的3种杀虫剂、3种杀菌剂和3种除草剂对玫烟色棒束孢SCAU-IFCF01孢子萌发的影响。结果表明:在全黑暗条件下,孢子萌发率达90%以上;在光暗交替条件下,随着光照时间的延长,孢子萌发率有增长的趋势;全光照条件下,孢子萌发率仅有50%左右。玫烟色棒束孢SCAU-IFCF01孢子萌发的温度和pH范围均较广,其中最适温度为23℃~25℃,最佳初始pH值为5~8。经过50℃高温胁迫和短暂紫外线照射处理后,玫烟色棒束孢SCAU-IFCF01孢子的萌发均受到较大程度的抑制。在用九种农药处理后,发现其对该菌株孢子萌发均有不同程度的抑制作用,但其中苦参碱、硫酸链霉素和异噁草松与玫烟色棒束孢SCAU-IFCF01的相容性较好。
