Abstract: 基于细观损伤力学理论的局部韧性断裂准则,采用小试样缺口抗拉试验,测定了锅炉压力容器用钢BHW35窄间隙埋弧焊接接头各特征区的断裂韧性参数。利用扫描电镜对接头各特征区起裂、裂纹扩展特性及断口形貌特征进行了观察、分析。研究结果指出,采用H10Mn2NiMoA焊丝作为填充材料,BHW35钢焊接接头具有较大脆性,焊缝、热影响区、熔合区的断裂韧性参数比较接近,而熔合区和粗晶区的韧性值相对较低,裂纹起源于非金属夹杂与基体脱粘及夹杂物自身开裂,经稳定扩展导致接头失效。
