Abstract: 本文探讨高校外语教师专业发展的制约因素及相关对策建议,探讨一项基于某重点院校外国语学院教师专业发展现状,特别是教师专业认同度的个案调查。调查发现制约这些教师专业发展的主要因素是(1)日常教学负荷与科研投入之间的矛盾,表现为时间和心理空间压力大;(2)不太令人满意的专业发展条件与社会、学校以及学生对教师日益高涨的期望和要求之间的差距所带来的压力;(3)自觉教育教学理论知识和科研方法的欠缺为进一步提升专业水平带来的困难。在分析这些因素的基础上,笔者提出了一些对策和建议。
