Effect of Vanadium on Succinatedehydrogenase Activity in Liver Mitochondria of Rats with DM

Abstract: 为观察钒对糖尿病小鼠肝线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶(Succinatedehydrogenase,SDH)活性的影响,4个试验组小鼠按体质量计每天分别饮用5、10、15和20 mg/kg的偏钒酸铵,模型组和空白对照组小鼠按体质量计每天饮用20 mg/kg的生理盐水,持续饮用21 d,用测试盒测定了肝线粒体SDH活性。结果表明,与模型组比较5和10 mg/kg组小鼠肝线粒体中SDH活性升高不显著(P>0.05),15和20 mg/kg组SDH活性显著升高(P<0.05);与空白对照组比较,5、10和15 mg/kg组肝线粒体中SDH活性显著降低(P<0.05),20 mg/kg组SDH活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。饮用15和20 mg/kg偏钒酸铵可提高糖尿病小鼠肝线粒体中SDH活性。
