Abstract: 用乙醇萃取中药洗发水中何首乌二苯乙烯苷,采用HPLC法测定中药洗发水中的二苯乙烯苷含量.结果表明,最佳萃取条件为乙醇浓度60％,超声萃取30 min,溶剂倍量为4倍时,采用HPLC法测得二苯乙烯苷含量最高,可达25.12 μg/g.
