Abstract:
通过正交试验设计以期获得洋葱中水溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺.以新鲜洋葱为原料,采用水提法提取洋葱水溶性多糖,以提取温度、提取时间、料液比扣提取次数为考查因素,比较各因素对洋葱水溶性多糖提取率的影响.结果表明:水提法提取洋葱水溶性多糖的最佳工艺参数为提取时间3.0h,提取温度80℃,液料比1∶12(m∶V),提取次数3次.在该提取条件下洋葱水溶性多糖提取率可达到3.697%.
