Abstract: Y油田开发过程中多口井钻遇Kazhdumi层超厚活跃沥青,沥青地层的非均质性、空间分布的不确定性给钻井施工带来极大挑战,钻井液污染、涌漏并发、硫化氢逸出等复杂情况导致多口井工程弃井,严重影响了Y油田的整体开发进度.根据已钻井实钻资料,从沥青层压力、连通通道、沥青特征及分布规律等方面研究了沥青层环境因素,分析了活跃沥青层处理难点.在此基础上,提出强化沥青层分布规律研究、优化调整井身结构和控压钻井技术配合沥青硬化处理等技术对策.分析认为,活跃沥青层地层压力当量钻井液密度1.58~1.65 kg/L;现有井身结构中沥青层所在井段裸眼段长,是治理活跃沥青侵害的主要难点.沥青硬化封固剂YHJ-6能将沥青软化点提高60℃以上,将其应用于现场能有效减少沥青侵入量,提高沥青环境中漏失通道的封堵效果.
