Abstract: 采用GLEEBLE-1500热模拟试验机进行了07MnNiCrMoVDR调质钢焊接热影响区热模拟试验,分析不同峰值温度下HAZ的显微组织及其低温冲击韧性.结果显示,经历不同的热循环后,热影响区组织有不同程度的变化;冷却时间t8/2控制在10~15 s左右,热影响区显微组织均匀性及韧性最好;正火区低温冲击韧性平均值大于ASME标准要求54 J,过热区和不完全相变区的低温冲击韧性平均值低于ASME标准要求.
