Abstract: 目的 研究鱼王浆对环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下模型小鼠相关免疫细胞因子的影响及量效关系.方法 通过腹腔环磷酰胺(Cy)强化注射制造免疫功能低下模型小鼠,模型小鼠随机分为鱼王浆高、中、低剂量组及模型组,另设1组为空白对照组.观察比较鱼王浆高、中、低剂量对模型小鼠相关免疫因子的影响,检测外周血CD3+、CD4+,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量,脾脏组织TNF-α蛋白表达的变化.结果 鱼王浆高、中剂量组CD3+、CD4+的含量明显高于模型组(P<0.01),鱼王浆低剂量组CD3+的含量与模型组比较有所升高(P<0.05);鱼王浆各剂量组TNF-α、IFN-γ的含量明显高于模型组(P<0.01);鱼王浆各剂量组脾组织中TNF-α蛋白的表达明显高于模型组(P<0.01).结论 鱼王浆能明显提高免疫功能低下模型小鼠外周血中相关免疫细胞因子CD3+、CD4+及TNF-α、IFN-γ的含量,增强免疫组织器官中TNF-α的表达,并且其作用具有明显的量效关系.
