Abstract: Seventy-two cases of drug eruptions complicated with drug-inducedliver dysfunction were retrospectively analyzed. The result showed that the drugs most commonly involved were antipyretic-analgesics(19/72) and sedative-anticonvulsants(17/72), and the incidence of liver dysfunction in the drug eruptions caused by different kinds of drugs was different, it is noteworthy in clinical practice.
