Abstract: 阵列探测器的串扰率对工业CT系统图像重建有重要影响,通过构建W金属隔板的X射线阵列探测器的物理模型,用蒙特卡罗法模拟了阵列探测的串扰率.结果表明:在X射线能量分别为60 keV、100 keV、140 keV时,W金属隔板能有效降低串扰率.结合MTF函数分析,得出射线能量小于140 keV的最佳W金属隔板的厚度为0.3 mm.
