Abstract: 应用Solidworks软件建立螺旋槽、螺旋—圆弧槽、圆弧—螺旋槽干气密封的三维立体模型,应用Gambit软件对模型划分网格,运用Fluent软件对3种曲线槽干气密封相同工况下的压力、流速、泄漏量进行数值模拟,进而对曲线槽的压力、流速、泄漏量进行分析.结果表明:在相同工况下,螺旋—圆弧槽的动压效果最好,螺旋槽次之,圆弧—螺旋槽最差;螺旋—圆弧槽的出口径向流速最小,螺旋槽次之,圆弧—螺旋槽最大;螺旋—圆弧槽的泄漏量最小,为2.15×10-3 m3/h.
