Abstract: 探索沉淀法合成(Ce0.67,Tb0.33)MgAl11O19绿色荧光粉工艺条件,研究了滴定方式,pH值以及Mg含量变化对合成荧光粉性能的影响.利用X-射线衍射,SEM和荧光光谱对粉体的物相、颗粒粒径、表面形貌以及发光性能进行表征.结果表明:沉淀法的合成温度比固相法低250℃,且粉体在254 nm光源激发下,样品在主峰544 nm处的发光强度与固相法合成的样品相当.
