Abstract: 以5个甘薯品种无菌试管苗为试材,将其在NaCl浓度为0、50、100、150、200 mmol/L的MS培养基上进行培养,20 d后测定各品种植株的干重、鲜重以及SOD活性.结果表明:随NaCl浓度增大,各品种盐害程度明显加大,生长发育明显变缓;NaCl浓度为50 mmol/L时,5个品种的SOD活性都有所上升,之后随盐浓度增加分别呈现不同程度的下降;5个品种中济徐23耐盐性较强,济薯18、济黑薯1号耐盐性较差,济薯06210、徐薯18居中.
